Bag In Bag Out Filter Replacement
Bag in bag out, which is known as BIBO filtering unit is widely used in pharmaceutical, nuclear and bio-industry, which the powder contains toxic, high-activity, or radioactive components.
ACMAN has the BIBO source which could applied in the BIBO ventilation and dust collection.
Most of the BIBO filter housing's filter is one-off usage, but ACMAN also has a pulse-jet system which could prolong the other filters life-span.

F9+H13 Two stage filter housing/6800CMH
This BIBO series is two stage type: BIBO F9 filters and H13/14 filters.
The airflow ranges from 1700m3/h, 3400m3/h, 6800m3/h, and 10200m3/h.
The equipements contains the DOP testing ports: smoking insert port, testing port, and digital pressure differential gauge on each filters two sides.
The equipment design refers to the leakage limit of the international OEB standard, and the overall design is in accordance with the control of the 1ug/m³ dust leakage rate and meets the requirements of the OEB5 standard
F9Cartridge+MEPA+HEPA+Fan Compact BIBO Unit
This BIBO filter housing unit is design for some special machines, like tablet compression machine, blister machine, capsule filling machine, dispensing machine, granulation machine and packing machine.
This equipments is different from the first one, because the first F9 cartridge filter has a pulse-jet system, which the compressed air back flow could cleaning the filters, so that the MEPA and HEPA could be protected.
The centrifugal fan provide a high airflow and high pressure for the tablet compression machine and ect.
All the filters and dust bin discharge are Bag In Bag Out design, and equipped with pressure differential gauge to protect the leakage.
Pleated Cartridge Filters BIBO filter Unit
This Bag-in and Bag-out Filter unit is ACMAN's patented products, which is updated from the normal dust collector.
The filters and dust bin discharge could be BIBO changed/replaced, also it equipped with pulse jet system to reverse cleaning the filters, in order to prolong the filter life time.
The airflow ranges from 1000m3/h, 2000m3/h, 4000m3/h.
It equipped with pressure differential gauge to prevent the leakage.
On Stage H13 Filter Housing Unit
H13 filter housing unit has two types, the left one with legs, and the tube/pipe installation one below.
The airflow from 1700m3/h, 3400m3/h, 6800m3/h and 10200m3/h.
